The following are data of my shooting note. (This is own my memo independent of "Mori no Uta")

  • 30 million tons - Japan's Annual Gross Paper Products.
  • 55% of resource of above products is used paper products.
  • 20,0000ha of trees in foreign countries - OJI's target for 2010.
  • 10,000ha of trees in Brisbane - OJI's target for 2007.
  • 26,000ha of trees in Albany - OJI's target for 2003.
  • 56,000ha of trees in Australia -OJI's target for 2010.
  • 30m - Gum tree grows possibly to crop in ten years.
  • 1,250 trees per one hectare.
  • 70,000,000 trees = 1,250(trees)X56,000(hectare)
  • 95% of forest - Australia lost it in 200 years.
  • 400 species of animals and plants - lost caused by salinity in Western Australia.

1, 2, 3, 14 = A large plantation, 80 km southwest of Brisbane. There were 437,500 six-months gum (eucalyptus) trees in 350ha.
4, 5, 6, 12 = A nursary, NSW.
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 = Albany, WA. Bluegum trees dotted pasture land.
