| Stanislav Libensky died of cancer on 24 February
2002. I was very fascinated with the light of his works when I saw them the first time in 1995. A short after this fascination, I asked him to photograph personalities of the couple (S. Libensky and J. Brychtova had been collaborating since 1955) as well as their works. I spent many days and photographed lots. We had a plan to make a photo-book...I really wanted to make the photo-book while he was alive. |
